Our Specialty: Grazing Tables for When Ordinary Won't Do

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I place my order?

We require a minimum of three days notice as we source everything fresh locally in small batch. If you are ordering a specialty board or grazing table we need more advanced timing.  (Minimum 2 weeks for grazing table)

Do you deliver, and what are your delivery fees?

We do deliver! We include free delivery within a 4 mile radius of our location (se suncrest dr. Happy Valley). Pick up is always free. If you require delivery outside of this radius it will be priced on distance. We only deliver in the Portland area unless it is a grazing table. 

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions like vegan, gluten-free, or nut allergies?

Absolutely! Everyone deserves to have an incredible dining experience without worrying about their health. One of our founders is vegan! 

However, if you have a severe allergy ex. Celiacs please let us know. 

Also please note while we can exclude nuts these boards are created in a facility where there are nuts present. 

 

Vegan boards will come at a slight premium cost as ingredients are more expensive. 

How long do the boards stay fresh, and do I need to refrigerate them?

While many ingredients will last for days we reccomend you eat the boards fresh within 24 hours and refrigerate them until you are ready to serve. 

What exactly will be on my board and why dont you specify?

We source seasonally fresh, local ingredients.  If we have just done a specialty board or grazing table we will often include additional specialty items on your board so we dont want to limit ourselves or you by specifying the exact items.

We can accommodate your allergies or likes and dislikes if there are certain things you want excluded or included. But the more freedom we have the more abundant your board will be. 

What if I need to change my order size or cancel?

We will accommodate changes and cancellations whenever possible, however, if we have already begin sourcing the ingredients (i.e. 48 hours out) we will likely not be able to accommodate these changes.  

We are a small local business where every order matters so we appreciate your consideration. 

Do you provide setup for grazing tables, or do we arrange everything ourselves?

We arrange everything for you on site. 

Can I customize the meats and cheeses, or substitute items I don't like?

Absolutely. We aim to please with our custom creations.  However the more creativity you allow us the more likely it is that you will get additional or artisinal items depending on what we have in stock. 

What payment methods do you accept, and when is payment due?

We accept all major credit cards. Payment is required upon ordering. 

Can I see photos of recent boards or get references from past clients?

All the photos on this site are boards we created.  You can also see more on our instagram or facebook.  We do not yet have a photo of each sized board but can give you a good idea based on the others you view.  Please see our reviews above or search us on Google to hear from past customers.
